UPDATE 〰️

Hey Friends,

Thanks for stopping by and reading our update. As many of you know we have been in a tremendous season of transition with the passing of my Dad, Brian Brennt. I would like to highlight three specific aspects of that transition.

TRANSITION IN MINISTRY

First, Emily and I have stepped forward into a greater level of responsibility to lead Circuit Riders alongside my Mom (Christy Brennt), Matt Nelson, and Holly Mosemann. The grace has been unbelievable as every leader in our ministry has stepped up in a profound way. Our broader leadership team has been in absolute unity and full of resolve for this next season. The ministry itself has been in a season of acceleration. Even in the midst of great tragedy, my Dad’s legacy has rapidly expanded around the globe through Circuit Riders. You can read about the increasing momentum in the Field Reports section.

TRANSITION IN FAMILY

Second, this is a complicated subject. I have been struggling to publicly speak or write about my Dad’s passing since his memorial service (watch it here if you haven’t seen it yet: https://youtu.be/jI13jPF2a8E) as it feels words don’t do justice to the man he was. At a broader level the whole family cycles between resilience, grit, and grief. Jesus is near us and we sense His presence. We also feel the urgency to continue all that we have been pioneering as a family.

TRANSITION FINANCIALLY

Third, Circuit Riders has expanded so rapidly that we have to raise more personal finances so we can continue in missions. We have had a value of living by faith but also using our gifts where we can to generate personal finances. Our hope is to continue to do both in the coming seasons, but we need to strengthen our personal financial support base for this season. As we look to the future, our goal is to increase our support by $4,500.
